              THE BASICS

              If you don’t know us yet, you might say: “NORDLAND? Isn’t this the company that installs displays?”

              And this is more or less true.

              As a system integrator, we plan, install and operate Digital Signage solutions.

              So here we go…

              People who already know us, quite often describe us like this: “NORDLAND? Creative mavericks, honest and straight. Not the easiest of guys, but dedicated enthusiasts.”

              And somehow this description fits quite well. Because we don’t meet expectations – we usually create them. In our typical northern style and hanseatic way of doing business.

                When know-how meets passion, for all intents and purposes, anything is possible. Now add just the right amount of curiosity, commitment and discipline to the mix, and you are bound to witness us setting the proverbial house of fire, right here in the placid North.

                Much of what we set out to do we have already achieved. And we are still working on the rest…

                To sum things up: In recent years, we have definitely smoked too many cigarettes, turned too many nights into days, missed too many dinners at home, and had way too little exercise. Let alone holidays. Strategies have been outlined and discussed, and more than once ended up in the bin. We have set ourselves targets, many of which we have achieved, and some we have (narrowly) missed. Victories have been celebrated, wounds of defeat have been licked.

                But – honestly? We have been enjoying ourselves tremendously doing exactly that!

                In a nutshell: We create and implement the best possible Digital Signage for our customers. With a great deal of passion, ambitious goals, and a bonfire in our hearts.

                If desired, we also support you in selecting the most suitable hard- and software components for your specific needs. Depending on the project, we work in close cooperation with consultants, service providers and manufacturers as well as partners from the Digital Signage and IT sectors, and yet are able to operate extremely flexibly within this strong partner network – no matter whether we are acting as a general contractor or as a special solutions supplier. For us, this absolute independence (from any one manufacturer) has always been a key factor for achieving the best possible results and creating the perfect solution for each individual customer.

                IT services & system support at the POS / POI

                In addition, we have been active as a service provider in the field of sales, system support and maintenance of POS & POI systems for more than 30 years, and are successful suppliers of consumables and hardware peripherals for both industrial and commercial customers as well as clients from the catering sector and public authorities.

                As part of our portfolio, we offer our customers sophisticated service solutions as well as flexible service concepts for various requirements and all common POS systems.

                This includes both putting new installations into operation as quickly as possible and providing continuous support for existing systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

                Our services include the entire rollout management, a nationwide active network of qualified technicians, needs-based service agreements, a user helpdesk and a ticket tool, error analysis and rectification by telephone as well as our in-house repair centre.
